The answer is YES!
Riverfront Manor has a conditional use permit (CUP) from the Kern County Planning and Natural Resources Department. This means we are permitted to host events on our property legally.

Yes, we require Day-of event insurance for all weddings and events held on the property to protect our clients in case there is an act of God or other unforeseen issue.

We require each vendor who works on our property - whether it be one time or on a regular occasion, to carry their own insurance policy. We require proof of insurance to be submitted 30 days before your event.

We have professionally-installed lighting throughout our venue including staircases, walk-ways and all overhead lighting is secured with wire.
